Shor Service Again

OK so I'm going to be using language that might be rude and hurt some feelings, but I don't give a ****.

My package was again not delivered, ot that's what the tracking say.

Yersterday it could be delivered as I never received an invoice to make paymanet. And now the tracking says the same thing. Delivery couldn't be made due to the driver being unable to collect funds.

But payment was made and receipt confirmed by the person at the following email address : ***, who was cc'd into the mail as well.

So please do tell me what kind of an operation you guys are running over there, or does the drivers just do as they please. Or in my opinion the driver was never properly informed that payment was made, so He can't be blamed.

So I'm saying this ONCE, IF THIS PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED TODAY, AND RETURED BACK AFTER IMADE THE PAYMENT AND IT WAS CONFIRMED, THIS MAIL WOULD BE THE LEAST OF UPS'S WORRY. I'M FWD UP OF THE *** SERVICE I GET, AS THE ****ING EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED WITH PREVIOUS PARCELS FROM POLAND. SO IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME.

SO I DON'T WANT TO HEAR, OH BUT THE DRIVER CAN'T GO AGAIN TODAY, THAT'S NOT MY ****ING PROBLEM, YOU GUYS ****ED UP, I MADE PAYMENT AND WANT THE PARCEL DELIVERED TODAY, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM IF UPS IS USELESS.

I'M GATVOL OF BEING TAKEN FOR A DOOS BY UPS, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT KEEPS ON HAPPENING.

NOW WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY, PLEASE AMUSE ME WITH AN EXCUSE?
