Shockingly awful service

UPS do not deserve a single star rating. They do not provide you with specific updates, you spend hours on the phone trying to get verbal information which does not correlate with the electronic tracking information! The excuses that the agents come up with........ No one takes responsibility, it's always someone else, outside of UPS's fault. And to think we actually paid for this shocking service upfront.
