Shocking UPS strikes again
Absolutely terrible. They are the worst of the international courier services. I would not have chosen to use them but a foreign supplier sent a consignment using them. Almost two weeks later and I STILL cannot get them to send me the customs invoice. Despite many phone calls and emails.

And the invoice is missing the banking details, they are all blank. And there have been no replies to my query for them. Complete clown company.
