Shocking Service from UPS

Took a parcel to arrive in SA from Italy 2 days.

My parcel has been with UPS since 2nd January 2024 and I am still being told it's in customs after getting verification from Italy that the parcel was cleared, According to UPS SA my parcel is still in customs???? I spoke a person by the name of Thembi on various occasions enquiring about my package- to the point that when she hears it's me, she puts the phone down. UPS what kind of service is this? Furthermore, what kind of people do you employ who do this to the public who in fact are paying their salaries by using UPS.

Management are you not aware of all the negative feedback on Hello Peter and if so...what are you doing about it? I'm sure most of the clients that have responded on here were first time users and will NEVER USE UPS AGAIN, Get my package to me so I don't ever have to hear the word UPS again!!
