Shocking Service delivery

After sending a parcel from the UK to SA with expected delivery date of 23/12/2021 we are still waiting for delivery on the 04/01/2022. Staff have a lack luster attitude and don't seem to want to take responsibility in resolving the issue. All monies owed have been paid. When asking to speak to someone in seniority you are just left on hold.
