Shocking service

So after a month how posting a review on the 5th of May. I am still no closer to receiving my parcel. All of a sudden all communication has stopped after it was told that the parcel was booked for “inspection” . Absolutely shocking service by UPS SA. Been waiting over a month for a package for the UK. With numerous phone calls, emails and documents sent without either support or even a response. Never use UPS again
