Shocking experience
I sent a parcel from Nigeria to South Africa on the 7th of September 2023, it's almost 1 month and I haven't received it. I have phoned their Johannesburg office every day for the past 2 weekends and sent emails every day with no luck.
If you want your life destroyed, use UPS. Imagine sending a document needed for travel through UPS, they will delay your document and cause you so much pain and misfortune.
Please stay away from this company, they have no business in logistics.
