Shipment not being delivered!

The 2-piece shipment with Tracking Number 1Z49WF ********** 24828 has been in Johannesburg at the warehouse since 3rd of July 2018. It has cleared customs and I paid the fee promptly and it's been ready for delivery ever since then. But nothing has moved, it's just sitting there. It's ridiculous, is this the SA Post Office or what?!
