SHAMEFUL LACK OF SERVICE

You can't complain about the UPS service - there isn't any! I have the same issues as every one of the other 730 unhappy customers. No accountability and absolutely no interest. My international supplier mistakingly used UPS instead of the usual FedEx - NEVER AGAIN!!! I notice that they do not respond to reviews either - shows you how much they value your business...
