Service beyond Appalling!!!!

<p>Ups ...ur service is disgusting!!!! 3 weeks of me contacting ur customer ..daily ........customers services never informs of any documentation needed ...lies and excuses given before delivery!!!! It's been 3 weeks of frustrating hell dealing with this company !!! And still no parcel!!!! And no senior management ever responds. I would advise ppl out there to never use this company and their services they are absolutely useless!!!and I will be informing the international companies I deal with to stop using this company!!!</p>
