Really poor and slow service from UPS south africa get no response on mail I ordered a birthday gift from amazon and paid for express shipping to have it here before 4 dec and amazon quickly sent out the parcel and landed in south africa on Saturday 29 nov already The tracking said it cleared customs on 1 December but when i eventually got a hold of them yesterday suddenly it's held by customs and they need to inspect it even though tracking cleary said it was cleared by customs now it is not going to be here on time

I've used DHL numerous times and not once did i have this problem but the one time i use ups this happens

This is pathetic
