SEND MY PARCEL BACK TO SENDER, BE HONEST AND TELL THEM YOU'RE INCAPABLE!!

This company has been holding on to my parcel since last week. they call everyday and confirm delivery, but when you call them in the afternoon you will be told the shipment is still in the warehouse, then you get a maybe it will be delivered tomorrow. what a shocking service, clearly doesn't give a damn about customer service in an industry that is so competitive.
