Hi there I’m truly unsatisfied and upset with your service I’ve bought many toy things overseas before and all i was ever charged with was VAT charges as I know legal when importing a toy from overseas you’re supposed to only be charged your 15% VAT I just got billed a ridiculous amount of money asking for customs Please sort this out or I will take it up with your company!
