Regrets, money wasted

As a business person I wanted to ship my products fast and so my agent used ups but after products arrived they wanted documents that I sent. I have been trying to do follow up with them without any success and they don't even respond to emails, I decided to check reviews and unfortunately I might live to regret using UPS. Reviews just confirmed my worst nightmare I should have used DHL instead 😢
