Premium price for pathetic service

Why does it take 2 weeks for a parcel to be delivered once it's cleared customs? It was released by customs 2 weeks ago, and delivery was promised for the next day. Still waiting, and what's worse is that their customer service call centre is completely useless. You are holding forever and never get through to anyone with answers. Pay a premium price for a service that is nearly as slow as the post office.
