Poorest service in S.A. ever.

I have helped a couple to attempt to make a payment from their bank account into UPS Parcel payment gateway with no success for 2 hours. Not even able to talk to a human being??????? How on earth do they do business? 40 minutes on the phone and they cut you off. Payment gateway times out after 4 minutes and can not get hold of a human. They have no email address one can query about! RATED THEM AS -10000 stars for poor pathetic service.
