Poor UPS service

Pathetic service Amazon used them so was tracking my parcel it statesd delivery before 8pm so I wait and watch the tracking regular at ****pm I checked again attempted delivery I live in a complex and no one was here in morning I requested if the buzzer at gate might not work to phone me well this did not happen and if phoning from a private nr I do respect your privacy and do not answer so it is now nearly 6pm and still not goods. I made arrangements for rest of week so UPS you do have time till 8pm today
