POOR!!! THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL! DO NOT USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPONY!!!

UPS South Africa has to be the worst international shipping company I have ever come across!! Staff are ***********, and have no clue how to do their jobs! My parcel arrived in the country at the beginning of April 2024, we are now in May and I still have not received it! How is that possible??? I have paid and done everything required of me and I still have not received my parcel!! What the **** for??? You are such an inconvenience and I truly don’t understand why your doors are still open! Do not recommend this ****py operation of a company to anybody! They are useless and are clearly sitting behind thisr desks only to get a paycheque t the end of the month! Nothing else! Should everything be legal case?? I want my parcel!!!!
