poor service from UPS direct

<p>We orderd sneakers online from G-star brand store on the 11th of june 2016, whereby they promised we will have the delivery within 5 working days. Up to this day it is nt deliverd, we tracked the movement of the shipment it was deliverd to ups on the 17th of june. So we decided to call UPS direct from the 22 of june until nw they keep on promising us delivery will be made before business end which never happen and they dont even call to tell us what went wrong. I spoke to 3 people which i remember 2 names, 1 is Tebogo and the other is maverick and they were so rude to me. I think UPS will damage the reputation of the companies which entrust them to deliver their goods to their clients. I hope G star store and management of UPS should intervene in this to find out what is really happening. </p>
