Poor service

Worst service ever! The parcel took 3 days to reach SA from there just poor service woth no response and poor telephone manner. I still have no idea what is happening and when to expect email and delivery. No other courier in South Africa delivers such poor service! Will never use UPS again. Contact me and get my parcel to me!
