POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service from Courier It. I placed my order on 08/01/2026, and I am still waiting for delivery with no clear communication or solution.

@United Parcel Service, it is disappointing that you are working with a courier that cannot provide basic delivery standards or customer support. I need my delivery today and expect an immediate update and resolution. Lady by the name of Charmain not giving me necessary information, i will escalate to Daniel Wellington to change delivery company.
