Poor Service delivery
I feel like the South African Postal Service provide far much better services than UPS. First attempt was okay, second attempt i had to arrange a pickup, 3rd and 4th attempt still waiting for delivery(just more and more empty promises from the call centre)

"Delivery Attempted
We missed you. We'll try again on the next business day." I have been chilling all day infront of my house with my phone on fully charged.. no one showed up. Just decided to arrange for a pickup as waiting for this guys to do a delivery is useless youl grow old waiting.
