Poor service and no customer service. Stay away

I thought Tnt and FedEx were bad , I have never seen poor service like this, ups is worse than the post office, my goods were collected on the 23th they are still in china not moving an inch, I paid R10k for express shipping but now I want my refund, why they take money if they know they don't have flight. They will never see me again.
