Poor Service and delayed deliveries

<p>Awaiting a parcel coming from the UK, UPS asked me to pay the VAT on an item I sent from South Africa to UK initially - for a repair and return (temporary export), and included the required DA065 documentation they needed. The parcel has arrived back in SA but delaying delivery. The person needed to release the parcel is now on leave and the lady heloing me, also not available. N one else see to want to help/release the parcel. In the meantime, I await this delayed delivery and very poor service from a reputable company. Not so reputable n my books...</p>
