Poor Service

My package was out for delivery and a call from the driver confirming the delivery in the morning on 21st of December but he didn’t deliver he returned the package back to the Warehouse at 6 pm. Instead of the package being delivered the following day it was updated on the system that my delivery address is in a remote area which is CENTURION. Since it’s a very long weekend of the Christmas holidays I can only hope that I’ll get the package before the end of the year. So no gifts for my loved ones thanks to UPS!!!!!
