Poor service

I wouldn't recommend UPS i recently shipped a parcel from USA on the 28/09/2023 on an expedited package, the delivery date showed 03/10/2023, the package arrived in SA on the 01/10/2023 i paid my vat and duties 02/10/2023 i phoned ups yesterday 03/10/2023 to find out what is happening with my package they said to me they awaiting clearance from customs, only to find out today from a Ups agent that they have not yet uploaded the documents for clearance, this is really an unpleasant experience no wonder why people advise against UPS and recommend the likes of DHL and fedex
