Poor Service

<p>I have been in contact with a person so ridiculously *********** that she has taken three days now to request a simple document. I cannot contact this person directly because she just doesn't respond to emails. All that has to be done is import an invoice from Amazon this should not take 3 days. Her name is Thandi Gaba please follow up and investigate.</p>
