Poor Service

I am so fuming with anger about these two affiliates. It's a first time using UPS and trusted it as private postage but business is ***** here. Every thing went well from UPS in the country of origin in Europe where my parcel coming from to UPS South Africa ,There comes a PROBLEM UPS South Africa and its so called globe flight courier. I have paid heavy duties they asked me for before releasing my parcel to their partner in bussines(Globe flight) but today it's still difficult for them to deliver the parcel instead they send me from pillar to post among them they make me their Mickey mouse. When try to contact UPS they tell me they sent the parcel to globe flight when I try globe flight they don't even answer my calls sometimes but when they pick up they don't give me anything valid telling me they will get it sorted.Now it's more than three weeks my parcel is in their position. I found myself spending more and more from my budget purchasing airtime day in day out calling them without help and furthermore I will never use your postage again I will go back to DHL express and it was unfortunate cos someone I bought from doesn't use DHL.
