Poor Delivery and Management Customer Service

<p>UPS does not let you know when your package is being delivered and when I've paid my account and sent them proof of payment with someone acknowledging the payment. The delivery people are not notified and hence my package being returned for the next day delivery. When ever you follow up on your parcel you have rude consultants putting down in your ear. So eventually I had to drive to the warehouse to collect my own package , what's the point in paying the delivery fee ? After arriving on site I opted to speak to person in management which a lady then came out with her **** smile and apologies . She promised to give me a report as to why there was such trouble and delay with my package it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for the report . UPS don't know how to treat their customers and I wish that big companies never used UPS to deliver their products to clients .</p>
