Poor customer service (UPS and Axel Arigato)

I recently ordered a package online from Axel Arigato. The package was due to be delivered by UPS more than a week ago. However, the package got lost. It has been immensely painful in trying to have this issue resolved - with UPS and Axel Arigato. To the extend that I no longer want to support Axel Arigato and will not make use of UPS’s services in my personal capacity.
