Poor customer service skills

I have been holding to get through to an agent for 15 minutes. When i was finally put through, i asked if i could be put through to the customer service department because when i phoned yesterday i was put through to the reception. The agent who answered was damn rude and its absolutely disgusting. You people are pathetic
