Poor Customer service, Rude Consultants

I purchased items at Daniel Wellington on 20th of December, was advised I’ll get the items in 2-3 days. The items have been with UPS for the past weeks, I have been calling the consultants are very rude, and they all kept on lying saying “you will get your items tomorrow” I’ve been waiting till date, with no phone call no email or any sort of communication. When I track my order the date was 28th December, now there’s no date they, they said they will advice. I’m not happy with their service.
