pathetic service on incoming foreign parcels

pathetic service from their COD people. package received from the UK 6 days ago,, their online payment doesn't work (with foreign cards).. internal email sent to me by error states :"Pay Gate is very tough on their anti-***** regulations. So they have put a massive amount of rules in place. Some might not even be the clients fault, im not sure why the system would be blocking, Last time it was simply the system blocking all MasterCard payments,It was a problem on the banks side for all MasterCard clients" so they suggest I do an EFT and proof of payment would release the package.. well 6 days later still waiting for package.. over 10 calls, spoke to 10 different people who gave me 10 different excuses.. avoid this company at all cost. go with DHL
