Pathetic, Dont use UPS

Pathetic service from UPS regarding my parcel for the last 4 weeks. No communication. Everytime I call, agents give me a different story. Also all of them seem to be trained to say, dont worry you will receive your parcel tomorrow, meanwhile its a lie.

Stop this nonsense. Get it right and communicate the truth.
