Pathetic Courier Company

Packaged delayed and not delivered on new selected date. No updates on their system, no communication from their side whatsoever. They do not answer their telephones neither reply on emails. This is the most pathetic courier company in South Africa. I am also disappointed in the (International brand product I bought) to use such a poor courier service.
