Pathetic company to deal with.

The most pathetic courier company to deal with. Our company imports twice a month from the UK everytime single time they request the same detail, VAT number, importers code, address, contact person etc. Surely there systems can be updated with all this detail. In January we were informed that their system deletes all detail saved in the previous year automatically! in a new year.
