Pathetic Company - Save yourself a headache...Deal with any other company
Absolutely pathetic company. Ordered a courier on Monday..Express Saver. Was meant to be collected and arrive at the destination in the UK on Wednesday. It clearly said guaranteed delivery on the quote. This was for my British passport and was extremely urgent. The deadline is now gone and my documents haven't even left South Africa. The consultant is suddenly on leave and the manager that was meant to follow up will not return emails or calls. Well done Meagan Jones. No wonder there are so many bad reviews for your company. If this is the example management set, its no wonder anyone below you doesn't really care.

R500 wasted on your service and I now need to spend another R2500 to reapply. An insincere and empty apology means nothing. And it's amazing how I get a reply on Hello Peter within a day and I have yet to hear anything from the actual customer care or manager involved
