Pathetic and Useless company

This is the worst worst service i've ever received in my life. Telkom does a pretty good job with their ****ty customer service compared to this company. I have a parcel that was shipped from Vietnam on the 15th Of February, on the 21st i receive an email from one of the UPS Consultant or whatever position he's holding-That they need proof of payment (stamped bank statement ) and the invoice from the supplier, on the 22nd everything was sent through and i received an email that my parcel is with customs on the 24th February on the exact date my parcel was scheduled to be delivered. I have sent emails to this 'Frank" guy but they just fall on deaf ears. GUESS WHAT?? It's a new month the 02nd March and I do not have my parcel, i do not know when it will be delivered. There is no constant communication from UPS.....NOTHING!!!!
