Pathetic

Had a parcel arrive in Kempton Park on 26 October. Has cleared customs already but they won’t release my parcel. Have called them four times only to be promised to get called back - still waiting. Even spoke with the just as useless American UPS and they cannot help. On Friday Feditsile promised me it would be delivered Friday afternoon and still nothing. I would suggest don’t ever use this company if you can avoid it. The negative reviews spare so for themselves.
