Parcels never delivered on time - still waiting 6 days later of original delivery date

the worst delivery service by far. I bought a parcel which was suppose dto be delivered from sweden. The first time the parcel arrived 3 days late and there was no communication at all regarding the late arrival i had to call and try and track the parcel - their tracking page is not informative at all either. The second time i am ordering a parcel which is time sensitive because it was a gift that needed to arrive on a certain day, said it would arrive on Thursday, then it was a no show on Thursday, then after following up it said Monday, Monday came and went. it is know Wednesday and my parcel still hasn't arrived and the function that i needed to have attended and given this as a gift has passed. The delivery service is so so so bad. it is unfortunate that the company i bought the gift from uses them specifically because i would have choosen Aramex...ive ordered so many things and my parcel always arrives on time.
