Package tracking number UA***US not delivered

I ordered a package on the 26/09/2017. The package was shipped from California and I have still not received it. I logged an email for lost package in December and only got an automated email back no additional feedback. I then logged another lost package claim (Search ID # ********** ) and still no feedback. I would like someone to please look into this because I was supposed to have received my haur products by now. My product tracking number is UA ********** 93US.
