Package out on delivery for the past 4 days!!!’n

My package arrived to South Africa on Saturday 18th Dec and i was told by customer service that delivery is scheduled for Monday, i received nothing since Monday and every day I call i get told that the package is out for delivery but they can’t confirm a time because as per the consultant on the phone “it’s a mission to get hold of the operation department”!!! That’s why they can’t confirm a date/time!!!!! There’s no one else at home to receive it and I have been home bound for the last 4 days!! The customer service is a joke, consultant are extremely rude and unprofessional, I had the call dropped down on me twice today after I was put on hold at least 10/15 minutes every time because they can’t confirm when will my package be delivered!! An absolute joke of a company and staff!!!! They should not be allowed to operate this business and I certainly will never use them again!!’ If i could choose 0 rating o would have done it!!’ If my package is not delivered today, I will be visiting the head offices tomorrow and they will not see the end of it when I arrive there!!!!!
