Package does not move from OR Tambo
<div>Package arrived a few days ago. Had an issues with incorrect duties being charged, its took a few days for this to be rectified. Once it was rectified, we paid the taxes, sent POP and now 2 days later the package is still sitting at OR Tambo!!! It does not take two days to clear freight. Very annoying and terrible service from UPS!!</div>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, i see your payment was received on the 14th and confirmed by our finance department yesterday the 15th, then submitted for customs release yesterday still. we currently waiting for customs release.

17 Feb 2023, 08:45What is the hold up on it now? I see it was cleared but still has not moved?? This is ridiculous how long it takes. I ad a similar issue with DHL on Tuesday, but it was sorted, cleared and delivered on the same day!!
