Over a month and still no delivery

I have been dealing with UPS for over a month to get a package cleared through customs. Everyday I go through the same experience of providing the same information. I need an invioce so that I can pay the customs duty but no matter what I do or say does the invoice ever arrive. I keep getting promissed that I will be contacted but alas nothing.<br> Even worse customer service than DHL.<br>
