Outrages added costs!

The fact they UPS charges the same price for customs and duty is outrages. I ordered a small bracelet at the value or R700 odd rand and they charged me R655 for customs and duty because they added on a Broker administration fee of R224.25 as well as a Disbur*****t fee of R120.75 and on top of that the customs tax and duty tax. So Im not just paying th duty and tax on my small parcel I now have to pay additional fees from UPS that I was not aware of when ordering my parcel. So I paid shipping fees as well as all these other costs which I just think is outrages. I would never have ordered the parcel if I knew I would be responsible for so many added costs..................... I must now pay double for a tiny parcel to be delivered. Crazy!
