One of the worst companies

UPS collected a shipment 13th December 2022. As of this moment on the 26th of January, they are unable to provide a delivery date. All the people we have been talking to, emailing are useless, as none of them can resolve our issue of the lost shipment. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
