Not Happy at All!

Not happy with this courier service. On the 17th of February 2020 I mada a payment to them which they said they did not receive. So, I made a second payment. Both payments went off my account. Up to date they have not refunded me for the first payment. I have been batteling sinse then to get anything out of them. This is unacceptable and I will never make use of this company again. Ever. I will also strongly urge anyone to stay away from this courier service.
