Non Delivery

<p>Three days empty promises and still no package. There website tells us how good they are, how many awards they win....my wife spoke to the dispatch team and they promised delivery, She waited for 2 hours for the delivery time and nothing....a courtesy call would have at least made that little bit of difference.</p> <p>Will avoid UPS going forward, maybe they should look at Takealot who get it right every time in my experience.</p>
