Non Delivery

<p>I purchased an item from Amazon USA taking express delivery with UPS as the most expensive delivery option. The package has been with a driver for 2 days and I get a message that "attempted delivery failed" on Wednesday 28th December. I was home all day and all night and NO delivery was attempted. The driver is not telling the truth and now the package is delayed by another 2 days. Unacceptable and lousy service. Very disappointing.</p>
