Non delivery

<p>I paid over R600 for express delivery of an Amzon order. The order arrived at OR Tambo on Thursday 17th November. It took UPS 4 days to eventually contact me to request my Importers code - the parcel remains in customs at the end of Tuesday 22 November. When I phoned UPS an unfriendly and unhelpful customer service woman told me they had "only received the importers code yesterday" - yes because it took you over 4 days to ask me for it!! She then told me abruptyl that it takes 48 hours after supply of importers code to be released bu customs. So I paid UPS for delivery in 2-4 days and 10 days after the order I do not have the package. I want a refund. Rude and unhelpful. Best use another courier in future</p>
